Gems Gallery is the owner of all materials used on the web site. All the goods are manufactured and/or owned by Gems Gallery or other suppliers cooperating with Gems Gallery. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any part of the web site without written permission from Gems Gallery.
Gems Gallery is making all possible efforts to present web site content accurately; however, Gems Gallery cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses caused by inaccuracies or errors on the website.

Products Presentation on the Web site

Gems Gallery makes all the efforts to presents the products as accurately as possible. All pictures present real products but the nature of some of their components is that material shape and/or colours may be unique and selected product may differ slightly from the pictures.
Some of the pictures may present a product in conjunction with other products; please also refer to the product's accompanying text for adequate description of the goods.

Products dimensions are provided to give indication of their size/length. Although we pay a lot of attention to manufacture products according to their specification, sometimes there may be small variations (up to 10%) in their size. Should you have any doubts on product measures, please contact Gems Gallery to confirm if the product size meets your requirements.

Life-time Guarantee

All products containing precious metals (silver, gold, etc) are Hallmarked according to Irish legislation which guarantees the materials have been passed by a Irish government approved agency (Dublin's Assay Office).
Our products are fully guaranteed for the life-time to be free from defects or bad craftsmanship and only of natural minerals (unless clearly stated otheriwse).

If our product has a manufacturing defect, we will fix it or replace it free of charge (excluding shipping costs). If we can't fix the product or provide a replacement, a full refund or similar product will be provided.
Please note that we can't be liable for any additional losses caused by a faulty product. In particular, we will not replace (or refund) missing elements on the product and they may need to be paid for to proceed with your claim.
Products that were damaged due to excessive forces will not be accepted under this guarantee. Gems Gallery reserves the right to decide if a product's fault qualifies for guarantee claim or not.

To proceed with your claim, please contact us for further instructions. Please note you will be required to produce original purchase receipt provided by Gems Gallery.

Ordering

By completing and submitting an electronic order, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by Gems Gallery, will result in a binding contract. Gems Gallery will confirm that by delivering the purchase receipt by email.

Before Gems Gallery sends the receipt, following conditions must be met:

All prices on the website are quoted in Euros, including VAT. Packing and delivery costs are added to the total price of your goods. Please see Deliveries & Returns for more details on delivery costs.
While Gems Gallery makes every effort to ensure that the goods shown on the website are currently available at the price shown, it cannot be guaranteed this will always be the case. Once the checkout process is started (from the Shopping Cart page), any changes in the product prices do not affect your order.
If goods you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Cancelling an Order

Order can be cancelled at any time before goods are despatched. Once goods are sent by Gems Gallery, order cannot be cancelled but you are entitled to a refund (please see sections below).
To cancel an order please send an email from address registered with Gems Gallery providing order number and contact phone number. Gems Gallery may contact you to confirm your cancellation and agree how any payment made should be refunded.

Customer Satisfaction Returns

If for any reason you would like to return ordered products, you are entitled to a cooling off period of 1 week upon receiving ordered goods. Please see Deliveries & Returns section for information on how to return process works. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

Although Gems Gallery is making all the efforts in producing and delivering high quality products, unfortunatelly we cannot guarantee that no mistakes will happen. For that reason we cater here for invalid or faulty goods being received.
In case of such event, please refer to our section describing returns process. The procedures set out there do not affect your statutory rights.

Modification of these terms of use

Gems Gallery reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If this happens, you will be notified about it by posting the new Terms & Conditions on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions, you must not place any further orders. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of Ireland and you agree to use the Irish courts if there is any dispute between Gems Gallery and yourself. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
